Post COVID-19
My heart rate is still on higher side (resting - 95/ Else 100+ ). BP is almost normal. And I an tested negative on 6th of may. What should I do to normalised my heart rate or heart health.

Dear This happens during recovery phase of any illness. Covid is no exception. It’s unlikely there are any other clinical issues. If there are, they may be evaluated clinically and plan evaluation accordingly.

Treating isolated increase in heart rate is not warranted. Until and unless you are having some symptoms. Kindly consult a doctor for a complete evaluation
