Post Circumcision
Hello Doctors, it's been 8 days since my ZSR Circumcision along with laser frenuloplasty, and i see a black like thing (assuming it's dried blood ) right on the frenulum part forming like a T. Also, i see some yellow like substance as well in the same area, unsure if it is pus or anything else I have always kept the area dry and have not put a single drop of water in it So far i haven't had any excruciating pain around that area. But just a small pinching like pain near the frenulum area. Should I be worried about this?

Hello First clean the area properly with normal saline and betadine solution. Do not apply any powders. The stapled part usually falls off by 10 to 14 days post surgery. The frenuloplasty area usually will be cauterised to stop the bleeding so it may form a scab and will heal on its own.
Next Steps
Clean the operated site and do appropriate dressings
