Post Chicken Pox Care

Asked for Male, 38 Years

I have suffering from chicken pox since last two weeks. Blisters are almost dried and formed black crust. I had been advised Micovir 500 and Allegra 120 for two weeks, and I have completed the course. Two questions I have, 1) How long I will be contagious? 2) What sort of restrictions, food or vitamins I should take to avoid post viral weakness? 3) Will I be susceptible to other infections easily post chickenpox? Thanks in advance.
