In the lower right leg post cellulitis folds and bubles with water retention (odema) and discolouration of skin. Pl advise.

You can consider meeting a Dermatologist or a plastic surgeon for treatment of cellulite. There are various approaches to this and have a realistic understanding. Discuss the pros and cons of each procedure and the cost involved, side effects if any and anything more. Make a decision thereafter. All the best.
