Post cataract surgery
My mother went to cataract surgery for left eye last year. After the eye surgery her clear vision is back. But sometimes she feel blurry in the vision and it will lasts for 5 to 10 seconds again vision will be normal. For second opinion we consulted another doctor he said there is no issue in eye.But my mother complaints she had blurry sometimes and go away.Its been a year now still same complaint. Can some one guide me with proper answer.

Hi ..could be dry eye also ..keep using some lubricating drops .. The second is any vascular phenomenon due to TIA ..check BP , lipids and investigate further with doppler etc. If needed under doctors advise and supervision.

If she is hypertensive or diabetic, she should have strict control of the same. A carotid Doppler might reveal some vascular pathology. Rest be in touch with your ophthalmologist
