Hello,
Post acne scars need treatments with laser to improve, they usually don’t improve with creams. Dryness and itching of the skin could be due to any other skin problem , other than acne.
If acne is mild , frequent cleansing your face with good cleanser will help. Firstly need to see what type and grade of acne you are having before giving any creams..
