Post abortion. What's wrong wit me now?

I had an abortion 5 weeks ago, had taken my kit 1st dose on 6/4/18, second dose of 2 after 24hrs and the bleeding started with a lot of pain and the 3rd dose of the last 2 tabs on 8/4/18, I bleed until 15/4/18, but no periods yet, I've consulted a doctor and checked the hcg level, last hcg level was checked on 7/5/18 which was 46.. still not got my periods. Also done ultra sound twice, once by doc and once by radiologist... ultra sound is normal. I had protected sex on 15/4/18, 5/5/18 and 6/6/18.. I am really very stressed for no periods yet. I am still having the vomiting feeling in the morning but I don't vomit though, frequent urination comes and goes and since tdy morng I have tingling pain in my left breast. Can someone help me with what's wrong wit me now ?
