Ones the aligners are fabricated (customised) they are unreturnable. Although, they can be replaced (free of cost) if they are not fitting. Moreover, new sets can be procured (chargeable) if they are lost, torn or malformed.

Invisible aligners are custom made for every patient..hence can not be used on others ...there is no way returned aligners can be reused
Hence there is no return policy available right now .... consult the doctor if you have issues with ALIGNER... and get it fixed
