So, I had googled a few of my symptoms, which I know I shouldn't. However all of them point to implantation bleeding.
So, I've had bleeding but only when I wipe and it's never a lot , which at first I thought was odd, but I assume my period so I put a tampon in but there was never blood on it, which again is odd because my period is usually heavy. Lately my breast have been sore and tend but again I assumed because of my period, however the bleeding wasn't all day or everyday . My moods been off and I've had crazy headaches. My lower back has been bugging me, and within the last 24 hours I've felt very nauseous.
I have a home test but I don't want to take it too soon and get a false negative

I'm glad you're at least wise enough to know better than to search and rely on Google.
Now from what you say it does appear that you maybe pregnant. However the best way to confirm is by a blood test namely the serum beta hcg.it comes positive as early as 2 weeks from the date of sex. I would suggest you opt for it and share the report.if the value is greater than 1000 pls go for am ultrasound as well.
