Possible depression
Hi, I recently suffered a loss and I initially I was dealing with it quiet well. But as time progressed, I'm actually finding it difficult to deal with. Most of the time I'm trying to figure out what happened, what went wrong, trying to find answers to questions. I don't know what's happening to me? I've never been so shaken by anything like this before. Due to this I'm having difficulty to deal with my emotions. I feel like I'm missing something and I don't know what it is that is missing. I have prescription for Aprazolam but I don't take it unless I really need to put out my anxiety. I'm also taking Temla 40 for BP once a day. I've never felt so vulnerable before. It feels like I've been pretending to be strong and carefree but now it feels like the mask that I put on is falling apart and I can't keep it on. It would be great if you can please help me deal with this. Yes I have friends but I'm not so much of a social person and I don't like to go out unless it's required.
