Possible cold sore
Can I get a cold sore from sharing a tooth brush with a person that had it about 10 years ago. I accidentally used the wrong tooth brush. It was dry it that makes it any better. I only put the toothbrush on my tongue once I realized I used a bunch of mouthwash. I do have the vaccines against herpes as well. The roof of my tongue also has a slight tear from eating something.

Chances of you contracting an infection is zero is this case. Your body's immune system helps in fighting germs. Using a mouthwash was a good move. Don't worry !
