My Data: - Age: 30 - Gender: Male - Ethnicity: white Caucasian - Region: Western European - Height: 178cm - Weight: 122kg - Sedentary work, no excercise - High stress job, lots of travel Other information: - Have been obese or morbidly obese from early childhood on - Morbidly obese mother during pregnancy - Not diabetic but pre-diabetic discoloration under arms Symptoms: - Tiredness even after long nights of sleep - Constant hunger, increasing while eating - No feeling of fullness after big meal - Craving for sugary and fatty meals - Weight gain - High abdominal fat - Constipation - Irregular stool which is generally semi-loose - Dry skin and early signs of eczema on finger joints - Depression - Impaired short term memory - Lack of libido - Bloating and indigestion after eating - Frequent urination (10-20 times a day) - Easily agitated - High stress level - Grey hair - Spotty and thin beard - Feeling cold a lot - Bent over back
