Hi, I have an ANA of 1:80 and positive for smith antibody, but negative for ENA. No one can seem to find out if it's a lab error. Are there other explanations? I get nowhere asking my rheumatologist. I get painful but barely swollen joints, Raynaud's, postural tachycardia, GI bleeds, and red bumps rashes in the sun. My rheumatologist said if they find it's a true positive he'll treat it like it's lupus but isn't sure it actually is?
