ANA Positive and Pregnancy
I have been under treatment for Rheumatoid Arthritis from last 16 years.I have had two failed IUI cycles and one failed IVF cycle.I have tested ANA positive 2+ ( Centromere Pattern) and CENP - AB positive in ANA profile of 24 antibodies.CRP is 16.1 and ESR is 60mm/hr. Can I have a successful pregnancy with IVF/ ICSI ?  What is the treatment protocol/ steps to be followed with respect to these health concerns to prevent implantation failures in future ?
