  4. Positive igm why? Not resolving married!

Positive igm why?
Last march result was exactly like this.. Got treated with doxycycline bd for 2 weeks.. Then after 3 months igm levels decreased.. Again in january took test Both igm and igg came negative.. No new exposure.. But now again when taken test it came as positive igm. Having itching with discharge and urination, burning senstaion.. Urine routine and microscopy came negative.. But with budding yeast.. Vaginal swab test came negative for bacteria and culture.. What is the issue.. Its been 1 and half year still problem not resolving Married
