Pores on nose👃
I have uploaded a pic of nose👃 see it it has pores. I m 29 . On my nose I have small small pores and small black hair also keep coming from that pores. Pores come because before I had pimples and only skin problem. Now since 3 years I don't have pimples problem but on my nose pores are there like very tiny hole🕳 type pores.. How to get rid of it. Any gel available and medicine tablets available to get rid of it.

It seems like you are having Trichostasis spinulosa(TS) TS is a very common but unrecognized disorder of pilosebaceous unit. It may be triggered by use of topical minoxidal, topical steroids, dust, oils, ultraviolet light, heat, and irritants.
