Good morning Madam,
After total hysterectomy (in Dec 2019)I am feeling popping noise in my wrist and neck without any pain from last three months. I am taking calcium and vitamin D also. Is this problem is due to that surgery?

Good evening...
no surgery cannot cause the problem u have. U got a pelvic surgery . The reason for which u have these popping sound neck and wrist could be the joint movements. Could be because of hormonal changes. If along with uterus , ovaries are also removed then , few hormones will be stopped producing in ur body , which causes weakness , hot flushes , bone loss .. take calcium and vitamin D regularly.. it ll help u.
Eat healthy food.. see all proteins , vitamins and nutrients included in ur diet .
Next Steps
If not bearable please consult a physiotherapist
Health Tips
Do walking and meditation daily. Will help u better .
