Poor quality life
I find myself to be too timid and weak at school hours but at home m fine. 2-years ago my life at school wasn't fine because I did mistakes. And I feel that because of that I can't even speak to my classmates fasreely as I am at home. Sometimes I even go blank with awkward silence between me and the other person. I would love to change as a person.

Hi young Boy After reading this I have a lot of questions in my mind to ask, but u would let you ask yourself those questions. There must be something that is troubling you which averse you from going to school or feel week. Whatever happened 2 yrs back is still residing in you and that is causing you all of this. Life teaches you a lot put of these incidences. Ask yourself what have you learnt from the situation? What caused you to do this or get into a situation? Why is it still in your mind? What is stopping you to move on? Who are the people with whom you feel uncomfortable with? And write them down. Write down daily about your day in a diary, it would help you find answers from your own life scripts. Play a sport/ yoga/ cycling/ any other exercise everyday. Spend time with your family, share your concerns with them. Try and not stay alone most of the times. If you are not feeling better after this please consult a counselor.

Hi dear, I can understand your life situation, everybody in life no matter what ever the age is, they does a lot of mistake in different way. There are some who ignores or some who feels guilt through out life. very simple expl: if a child wont fall, it wont learn to be careful while walking or it wont understand the reality of life. The mistake might had occurred from your side, but you need to understand the positive side of it. you need to learn from it, need not to be awkward. Go out interact with the friends/people, may be people might have forgotten, if not share your feelings, they might understand your concern. You might be very positive person, don't lose hope be confident face boldly. If require take the help of counsellor/ psychologist from your place, they will help you to handle your emotions in better way.

spend time with your family members, practice Yoga and have nutritious food.
