Poor progression of R v3 to v6
My mother is 52 years old. She is a diabetic since last 8 years. Although she doesn't have any other heart problem, only sometimes she feel irregular heart beat if having any stress. Yesterday she was asked to do a ecg that shows poor progression of R v3 to v6 with left posterior hemiblock. Does this indicate anything serious? What should be next steps to have a normal healthy life?
