Ecg with poor R wave
My mom's ECG report says poor r wave progression from V1 to V3 and echo report says grade 1 left ventricular diastolic dysfunction. Other thinhs including wall thickness are normal. What does that imply? She doesn't have any symptoms of heart issues like chest pain or shortness of breathe. What dodsythat imply?
