Pooping - i almost fainted
Hi, So i vomitted 4 times while i was out of town so i went to a local doctor there got my tablets vomits stopped, it was food poison. but i noticed i can't poop it's been 4 days.. 5th day i entered forcefully and just to get my poop done i had to apply immense terrible pressure took me 1 hour yes, i can't explain i nearly gave up and felt like again i can't explain how bad it was i though I'd faint now.. Please advise what is this, this never happened to me. Thank you so much for ur help in advance how to avoid this / how to fix this / why this happened. I never want to experience this in my entire life !!

Try a laxative powder.. LOOZ FIBRE.. 2 spoons in once cup of water.. after breakfast lunch and dinner for 3 days. And avoid refined flour. Take more of water in the entrie dag and use more of vegetables and fruits in your diet. If no improvement im 3 days.. meet a physician
