You can not take any fruit juices in Diabetes.. Because when fruits convert into juices can produce own more sugar... Which can increase your sugar level...

Any juice or fruits which glycemic index is less than 50 is good for diabetes. Any food having glycemic index above 50 to be taken in restricted quantity . Regularly measure blood glucose level to check on impact of food on blood sugar levels

No! Any juices will increase your sugars very fast even without added sugar. It is just sugar water with no added fibre. Eat the fruit - one handful only. Don’t drink the juice
