Can we eat 200gms of fresh pomegranate seeds daily? Or 200gms is too big of a serving? This is just a general question, not linked to any disease Thank you

Pomegranate, according to Ayurveda is sweet, and sour in nature. Beneficial in digestive disease and also neural tonic. It is not too hot and cold potency.. so can be taken. But for dosage consult a Ayurveda doctor.
