Can we eat 200gms of fresh pomegranate seeds daily? Or 200gms is too big of a serving? This is just a general question, not linked to any disease
Thank you

Hi practo user!
Quantity Every food stuff depends upon once digestion and body's own response to the food.
To quantify any food stuff for everyone has no good sense.
So choose the quantity of these seeds which will be suitable as per your body's response.

Pomegranate, according to Ayurveda is sweet, and sour in nature. Beneficial in digestive disease and also neural tonic. It is not too hot and cold potency.. so can be taken.
But for dosage consult a Ayurveda doctor.
