Polyp in uterus
Hi Dr i m 32 years old. My LMP was 19 dec till 19 dec i hv irregular spotting and after checkup from gyno n TVs ultrasound i got to know that there is a less than 1cm endometrial polyp in my uterus. My Dr suggested to wait that it is small can remove with period. Is it possible that it will remove itself. I m attaching my TVs report

It's a very low risk lesion. Chances of self resolution exist. If complaints of excessive bleeding, giddiness, pain, hardness develop, then it may require removal.
