My wife is diagnosed with PCOS and advised to take oral contraceptive pill YEASMIN from the 1st day of the menstrual cycle. After consuming the tablet she began to suffer from severe gas accompanied by vomiting and dizziness. She gave up taking the pill from the 5th day as the problem increased further. I would like to know whether it will have any adverse affect for discontinuation of the pills. Also suggest me any other alternatives available for curing PCOS other than oral contraceptive pills. Please advise.
