Hello, A person with PCO  has regular periods. Does this mean her condition is somewhat less severe than others who have same condition with irregular period?

In PCO periods can be regular too.only menstrual irregularity does not comprise PCO.More important is what is the complaint and requirement of patient for specific age group and risk factors
