Polycystic ovarian syndrome
When I consulted a dermatologist for my skin pigmentationa and pimple, I was asked to check for PCOS and it resulted as both ovaries are enlarged. I don't have any problem in my cycle.. But lots of trouble to my skin frequent pimples and pigmentation

Don't worry much about your ovaries right now because pcos is a metabolic syndrome. Right now your menstrual cycles are regular so nothing to worry. Avoid oily foods and gaining weight and do regular excercises. Continue the dermatological treatment for acne.
