Poking And Chestpain - I Am Suffering With Common Cold And Gas

I am suffering with common cold and gas since last 2 week i had also burning sensation in chest but right now is ok i am on medication still sometimes i feels something poking in my chest like needle ping and mild chestpain mostly times and had a squeezing in left arm but feel better when i use Vicks or Moov spray this feeling occurs after eating mostly time.
