The way u r saying is somewhat type of stabbing chest pain... Which is generally seen in cardiac disorders like angina or pericarditis...but we can't just take this chest pain symptom as a sole criteria to say u r suffering from heart problems..better get ECG done.. bdw a simple gastritis may also cause chest pain.. Or else a minor trauma to ua ribs may also be a reason
