Heartburn and Chestpain
I am having a burning sensation after eating mostly time since last two week sometimes i feel chest pain and also discomfort in chest what is the reason behind this? When i drink milk i feel better as per as my exprience and have belching after eating kindly advice me.

Give your digestive track some break and start intermittent fasting. Let your system heal itself. Avoid foods causing you the symptoms. Start on magnesium supplements which will help to reduce regurgitation. Start apple cider vinegar with honey first thing in the morning.
