This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. However I would like to examine & investigate you  in detail. -Control  Hypertension, Diabetes or  metabolic disorder, if there is any. -Any way it may be tried, --. Dolokind Plus (Mankind) [Aceclofenac100 mg +Paracetamol 350 mg] 1 tab. OD & SOS. X 5 days. --. Get sonograpy done for it. It can be inflammatory swelling around tendon sheath called as tenosynovitis. And it's common and cashed due to repitative movements causing friction at that point. Avoid movemts and weightlift for few days. Ice pack thrice per day. For 7 days. For 10-15 min. For medicine prescription u need to consult us or near by local Orthopaedic doctor

if it does not settle with medicine and rest. 2nd thing can be done give steroid injection in that area. it help 60-70% patients. 3rd option if it sever - get it surgically corrected. it takes only 5 min it just below your finger skin no major surgery.( some does it opd basis but it's painful. ) so get it done in proper surgical way. if required
