I have been operated for cyst in left ovary few months ago now not gettting periods and not even getting pregnant plz tell why

Hi, please repeat ultrasound examination and then meet your Gynaecologist. You may need to check tubal patency also. Check Husband's semen analysis. If all things normal. You can try naturally or intrauterine insemination.
