K. Pneumoniae is capsulated, non motile organism. It causes infection of lung, blood, git , meninges. Pneumonia of k pneumonie present in x ray, like in other cause. Hypodense area, mostly upper lobe of lung .it is treated with antibiotics for 14 to 21 days.
