Female,suffering from Pneumonia and lungs is getting filled up with fluid.Breathing problem,currently in ventilation

Patient is on ventilator means severe hypoxia(ARDS).very critical condition.if no improvement even on 100% oxygen supply via ventilator.then we have to keep patient in prone position.
