Pneumatization of middle turbinate
Since nine months I had been experiencing burning eyes along with pain around them. I have consulted many ophthalmologists and my eyes are completely fine. Normal eye sight, eye pressure and no dryness. They referred me to an ENT specialist and I got a CT SCAN done of my PNS. The report says my nasal septum is deviated to the left. Hence pneumatization of middle turbinate. Are my eyes burning due to this reason? Also I have been asked to use duonase nasal spray for 3 months. Will it help me with my problems? Since nine months I have been taking so many eye drops , medicines that I am now skeptical to take anything.

Kindly share the CT plate. Or if possible show me. Mostly burning of eye suggest it's allergic origin only.
