On seeing photo graphs , it is looking like mild acne form eruption. Usually, very common in your age group. Please don’t worry.

Use topical clindamycin gel at night for 2 weeks . Later follow up through proper consultation.

Control eating oily foods, non veg foods, dairy products except butter milk , sweets and chocolates. Take twice a day bath .
