Sir On 10 Apr2025 I Got Flu And Had 4 Nights Of Excessive Cough With Yellow Sputum I Did My Sputum Analysis Which Came Negative Then On 20Apr 2025 I Developed Some Burning Sensation In My Lungs And I Did My HRCT On 26/04/2025 Which Showed That I Have Mild Central Bronchiectatic Change And Centrilobular Nodes In Both Lungs...Infective Bronchiolitis I Am On Steriods Anti Allergic Medicines And Inhalor But My Chest Discomfort Is As It Is...I Did My BAL which just showed few inflammatory cells only and other allergic tests are negative like ig ABPAand FENO
but my PFT Shows low value of FEV1/FVC and FEF25-75%
i think either i havs ILD or BO or some other serious disease...my life is hell i am in deep trouble my future my job my aims everthing is compromised i really wana die
