Hi. Clean the area with warm water Keep a rock salt in the opening and try a clean cloth or plaster. Remove the salt after 8-10 hrs. Repeat after 4-5 days If discharge is still present

This is looking like umbilical granuloma... keep the area dry and daily clean with warm water...usually it will go by itself in few weeks.
