Yes its Mid Esophageal cancer.
To get exact staging, further investigation are needed. You can consult a surgical oncologist or a radiation oncologist. If its feasible to operate then you should go with that. Further adjuvant treatment can be given after the post operative biopsy report comes out. Otherwise if inoperable due medical causes, Concurrent Chemoradiation may be an option.
