Is FNAC always confirms malignancy ?
In FNAC report it's Metastatic Carcinoma . Is it always 100% sure about Cancer detection ? Pls go through attached reports .

On seeing the mammogram and fnac report we can really come to a diagnosis that it is a breast cancer spreading to axillary nodes..
Next Steps
needs further staging workup and treatment.. if affordable and available get a PETCT and trucut biopsy from breast lump
