Pleural effusion
A ct scan report of mine says 1. there is evidence of left sided pleural effusion extending up to the infra scapular region on the left. 2. underlying lower lung reveals evidence of consolidation. Lt dome appears pulled up. IMPRESSION: pleural effusion with ? consolidation collapse LT lower zone.
