WBC counts are slightly low, need more information regarding the symptoms of the patient. If patient is completely asymptomatic, you don't have to worry much.

Hello noted your concern, Report suggestive of recently you must had a viral infection or maybe bacterial infection Because you are having low wbc count and high lymphocytes, please repeat a CBP test after a week to see the trend, if wbcs decrease further then please kindly consult to evaluate for any blood disorders!

It is normal . Some variations will be there in reports. Important things to see include hb , tc , platelets. Other reports variations will be there. Pls don't worry.
