Hello, the basic parameters of this CBC including all the cell lines are fine. Although the TLC is slightly on the lower side, one need not worry if there is no longstanding illness.

Hello noted your concern,
Report suggestive of recently you must had a viral infection or maybe bacterial infection
Because you are having low wbc count and high lymphocytes, please repeat a CBP test after a week to see the trend, if wbcs decrease further then please kindly consult to evaluate for any blood disorders!

Some variations will be there in reports.
Important things to see include hb , tc , platelets.
