Hello doctor what is the difference between these two reports ? And what is it ? And what are the causes of these disease ?I'd surgery Is the only option here?kindly provide some information

Both reports are showing cancer growth in Urinary bladder. In first report prostate is normal but in second report it’s showing mild enlargement with some significant residual urine because of this prostate enlargement. In short patient need Cystoscopy and TURBT (resection of bladder tumour) surgery and May be some medication for prostate . If you want more information then please consult with a urologist. And from next time please post any report with basic details including name /age / sex and date , these details are very important in interpretation of reports.
