I think Rt side rupture was there
There is a big cyst on right side of uterus
That's why she is paining
Also liver size increased with gallstones in gall bladder
The cyst is big, so kindly proceed with operation to remove it
And hepatomegaly is there, so possibility of spread of infection to liver also
So do the Histopathology of the fluid of the cyst also
Donot wait
Consult gynec immediately
