2nd June continuously vomited after eating some bad thing in ajwain.After 2wks diagnosed with H pylori positive and Severe erosive gastritis.Took Nexpro kit and other medicines for 1 month.Was okay next month.My wisdom teeth got extracted and had to take painkiller.1 day I took citrus fruit then stomach was burning.Visited doctor and he gave VELOZ 20 for 40 days.But during the medication also weekly I was having stomach burning and then he suggested veloz for 20 days. Whenever I had stomach burning next day will have blood in my stool.Had colonoscopy as well.Mild Chronic Inflammation with reactive lymphoid hyperplasia came in biopsy and hermoriods.After stopping Veloz on 20th Oct severe acidity was happening which I never had before having PPI,now suffering from mild consistent heartburn and throat burn,feeliing burning sensation in mouth sometimes.Again visited doctor and he gave Nexpro 40 mg for 20 days.But I am so scared of PPI medicine,if I stop it bcm worse.Plz advice how to cure?

Heart burn can lead to complications if it continues. So it needs to to be stopped with MEDICINES to prevent complications.
There is no permanent treatment but u have to take medicine.
