Hi, I've attached a pic below. There's a small reddish thing on my tongue and I'm not sure what it is. Also the back side of my tongue is in different color. I do not smoke, do not drink.

It's a hematoma, ie blood filled vesicle, it's nothing to be worried about, it will puncture with little blood oozing and will heal
