Dear doctors. I hv bn  suffering from continuous dizziness from positional head movements. The doctors(neuro, ortho, ent) i  consulted said it was due to stress issue. They recommended anti vertigo medicine and anti depressant but it seemed to b useless. Mri of brain came normal. X ray of cervical spine was normal . Yes it was true i was under immense stress since 6 months but now i am stress free but am feeling continuous dizziness. During 6 months of immense stress i didnt feel any kind of dizziness but now my question is the dizziness i recently hv felt may b the outcome of 6 months of immense stress or the doctors misdiagnose by telling stress issue?Plz ans doctor. Ur opinions will make my diagnosis easier.

Just by looking at it probably both issues are there. Stress as well as physical but then mri cannot show all causes of dizziness then a simple X-ray. Consult
