I tend to get irritable bowl very frequently. Eating outside food absolutely affects my stomach. I have severe acidity or constipation with abdominal pain that stay for 2-3days. Even home food sometimes cause problems specially the times I eat basic cabbage sabzi. I don't miss breakfast or any meal although my lunch and dinner have significant gap on between. Salads help a lot. But it makes me lethargic. Don't know whats ideal to eat
