Sir i have ringing in my head and right ear, since 2 months, i am not able to work, sleep, do anything, i am going through lots of anxiety and depression, i have lost all hope, i dont want to give up, i am only 27 years old, on the net there is so much negativity, i cannot live with this noise, what should i do, i get this just by listening 15 minutes loud music in my car.

You seem to be suffering from tinnitus. There are many causes for tinnitus such as sensory neural hearing loss, eustachian tube dysfunction, chronic otitis media, tumors, conductive hearing loss etc. Treatment depends on identifying cause for your tinnitus.
