Please help
I am not able to feel ok in morning..getting proper sleep but when wake not feels ok seems I was not sleep..some thoughts are rotated might be the reason..feeling dizziness whole day..not able to recall words while talking..any natural way to treat this..doing exercise of 15-20 mins everyday from next one week.
